A preprint describing our method for rapid profiling of protein complex re-organization in perturbed systems. This method based is on SEC fractionation, fast (Evosep) chromatgraphy with DIA/SWATH acquistion, and an updated CCprofiler with improved differential quantification functionality. The method is demonstrated in a model of THP-1 monocyte to macrophage differentiation and stimluation. We will definitely be continuing to work on making such global methods for protein complex profiling going forward!
